EVO- owned by a NYer who moved down 13 years ago... Chef Erik won guys grocery games... Extremely talented chef and a place you can go off the menu at will and if they have the ingredients they will make it.... Absolute must haves there are zucchini flowers, Nancy’s meatballs(his family recipe), carbonara, Sunday sauce.... and my personal favs... bolognese and filet mignon... yes I said FILET in an Italian restaurant!!! When you want to go...if you can’t get a rezzy let me know...
