Minimum age of primary renter: 25

Rental agreement will be sent automatically to be signed upon booking. Reservation dates are not guaranteed until initial payment and rental agreement are completed.
- Must be 25 years or older to rent the property and this tenant must stay on property.
- Must text driver’s license photo for ID verification to receive door code.
- No refunds for weather unless mandatory evacuation is ordered. Refund from evacuation date forward. Rental insurance is encouraged.
- Parking is limited. Please use your designated space for our unit.
Cleaning Practices
- Cleaned with disinfectant
- All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
- Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
- High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
Cancellation Policy
Weekly rental cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival are subject to a 5% or $50.00 (whichever is greater) cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. .

- Check in is 3pm; check out is 10am. We often have same–day turnovers so please depart on time.
- The door has a keypad lock, codes and instructions provided the day of arrival.
- Please check in with me via text a few days before arrival.
Departure Policy
DEPARTURE
When departing, please leave premises in clean condition and comply with the following. Note we are firm on the 11am checkout time unless other arrangements were made.
❒ All food removed from refrigerator and cabinets.
❒ Sink clear/dishes loaded into dishwasher (turn on).
❒ Trash removed and placed in community dumpsters
❒ Beds stripped and linens/towels placed in laundry room. Please start a load of linens.
❒ Please notify us of any items to be replaced, including propane.
❒ Last thing — look around….did you pack everything?*
*Look around before you go! Did you get your DVDs out of the player? Phone chargers? Beats speakers? Medicine in bathroom drawers? Clothing out of the drawers/dryer? Fencing sticks in the corner? Special soccer ball from grandma? Your favorite jeans, ball caps, Ninja blender…the list goes on and on – all of these items and more have been left behind. There will be a $25 handling fee plus postage/materials for items left behind.
